Digital asset wallet addresses and associated public blockchain information, including transaction history and token holdings, when you connect your wallet to the Platform.

Geolocation data provided when you access the Platform, used to determine jurisdictional eligibility.

Content of communications you submit to us, including support requests, feedback, and any personal data contained therein.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically:

Date and time of access to the Platform.

Country and IP address from which the Platform is accessed.

API endpoints being accessed and interaction logs.

1.3 Third-Party Wallet Connections. Certain features of the Platform may require you to connect a compatible third-party digital wallet. By using such a wallet, you agree that your access to and interactions with such third-party wallets are governed by the applicable wallet provider's terms and policies. Wallets are not maintained, supported, or affiliated with the Company. We expressly disclaim any and all liability for actions arising from your use of third-party wallets, including but not limited to actions relating to the use and/or disclosure of personal information by such third-party wallets.

2.1 Contract Performance. We process your personal data to perform our contract with you, including: (a) to facilitate your access to and use of the Platform; (b) to process transactions and maintain account records; (c) to verify your identity in accordance with KYC/AML obligations; and (d) to identify if you are likely to be a Restricted Person as defined in our Terms of Use.
